My first Job experiences were in a Hospital, but gradually, I started a concern about inclusion. That's how, with some colleagues, we started-up Fellow Group, a Chilean institution that provides training in UDL for Schools, colleges and universities. We have had the chance to work with several institutions, not only in Chile, but also in Colombia and Argentina. Our last project involved UDL as a lever to provide better opportunities for people with disabilities when entering to job market.
