Deborah A. Chapin

Deborah Chapin holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Methodology and has taught in higher education for 13 years. Dr. Chapin has engaged in research and evaluation of online education and human services programs for over 18 years. One of her major studies focused on children's museum education and services, assessing the nature of programming for numerous racial, ethnic, and cultural groups. Special attention was paid to museum educator efforts to apply the principles of UDL to remove barriers for all learner groups. She has studied numerous digital courses and tutorials designed to empower diverse learners, including ELL students.
