I'd like to facilitate a conversation with teacher education faculty about how best we can support pre-service teachers/interns to understand and use Universal Design for Learning right from the start. What would it take (my favorite question...) for a new teacher to begin teaching using the UDL Guidelines as a habit of mind from the beginning of his/her career?
