2:20 - 2:40 PM: Understanding Stigma and Stereotype Threat in Connection to Workplace Inclusion (Luis Perez & Sam Johnston)
Creating an inclusive workplace for individuals from under-represented communities involves more than the accessibility of the physical environment or complying with regulations related to workforce diversity. The affective dimensions of the workplace also need to be addressed. In this session, we will explore stereotype threat and stigma as two factors that can impede the workplace success of  individuals from diverse backgrounds, and together brainstorm strategies that can mitigate these factors.

2:40 - 2:50 PM: Time for questions and discussion
