Dr. Ron Davis serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education for the Mt. Lebanon School District in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  The Mt. Lebanon School District is recognized nationally for high academic performance, educational innovation, and operational ingenuity.  Building professional leadership capacity around UDL is Dr. Davis's focus on empowering learners.  Most recently, Dr. Davis developed and had approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education a Pennsylvania Inspired Leaders program around UDL - #tightgoalsflexiblemeans.
