Sara Schley (Ed.D, Harvard Graduate School of Education) is a professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, in the Master of Science in Secondary Education department's deaf education teacher training program. She is director of the Research Center for Teaching and Learning, with a current NSF-funded grant on working with faculty to create pedagogical strategies to improve post-secondary classroom inclusion. She conducts workshops and coaches faculty on accessible and inclusive pedagogy in higher ed: www.inclusivefaculty.com. She uses UDL as a framework with faculty to think about options and alternatives for solving pedagogical challenges.
