Andratesha Fritzgerald is committed to excellence in Urban Education. With close to twenty years in urban education, she has served as a teacher, building leader and the district level in an urban school district in Ohio. Fritzgerald has worked tirelessly to ensure both pre-service teachers and current practitioners are prepared to meet the challenges of urban schools with excellent instructional design and delivery. Andratesha currently serves as Director of Federal Programs for an urban district in the greater Cleveland area. Fritzgerald continues to collaborate with practitioners to improve education for students by inspiring teachers and leaders to embrace the demands of education as opportunities to actualize the achievement that many deem impossible.  She enjoys writing, speaking, and dreaming out loud with committed educators.
