Kavita Rao is a professor at College of Education, University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. Her research focuses on instructional and assistive technology, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), online learning, and culturally and linguistically diverse students. Kavita has worked extensively with pre- and in-service teachers on how to use UDL to design flexible and engaging lessons that support all learners.
