Nancy Carr is the Director of the Office of Accessibility Resources at Onondaga Community College. She developed a smaller UDL grant funded by "Autism Speaks," where she met Christopher Hromalik. Hromalik, Myhill and Carr expanded the project under the current DOL grant.  Carr also teaches in the Human Services department and is a rehabilitation counselor by profession.
