Tom Hanicak has established a 20-year career steeped in education (administrator, psychologist, instructor), social services (art therapist) and art (filmmaker, painter, illustrator, musician).  In his current role as an educational consultant Tom leads school districts with systemic plan implementation that includes but is not limited to technical assistance and coaching with: assessment, data analysis, curriculum design with an emphasis on equity and universal design for learning.  Tom has also worked as an art therapist for the Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center - providing individual and group therapy for women and children living in emergency shelter.
